Phillip Philip G. Haddad, Jr., President & Founder, Westland Companies
Mr. Haddad is the Founder of the Westland Companies, which include Westland Perpetual Trust, Inc., Westland Services Corporation, and Westland Remembers, Inc. Westland’s sole mission is to provide personalized long-term beautification and maintenance services at a family’s gravesite anywhere in the U.S. and Canada for a one-time cost with services provided for 20 years – longer if desired. In addition, he is the chairman and founder of National Memorial Trust, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit charitable foundation, created solely to restore and maintain public statuary and memorials throughout the United States. 
Licensed as a funeral director in 1967 and a funeral home owner since 1981, Philip spent more than 10 years in research and development prior to creating Westland in 1987. In the early 1980's he co-developed the "Orthodox Section" of Hope Cemetery in Worcester, MA, for the Council of Eastern Orthodox Churches of Central Massachusetts.
Mr. Haddad has held a number of management positions with the U.S. General Services Administration and the U.S. Army, beginning in 1971, and started his career as a Sales Consultant with Paul Revere Life Insurance Company in 1967. He received his B.A. from American International College, Springfield, MA in 1966, his Masters in Public Administration from Northeastern University, Boston, MA in 1976, and two industry-specific degrees in 1967 and 1970.
He has held numerous offices and directorships in Eastern Orthodox Church organizations and his Masonic Lodge. Mr. Haddad was President of a non-profit foundation which built a 113-bed nursing home in Worcester, MA, with a construction budget of approximately 7 million dollars. He has also served as Secretary of the Board of Governors of Community Residences, Inc., Worcester, MA for the Developmentally Challenged.

Donna A. Brunno Donna A. Bruno, CSA, Vice President for Business Development, Westland Companies
Ms. Bruno, is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business and Economics. She has had an extensive career in sales and marketing in hospitality management working for hotels and country clubs. Most recently she served as Elder Care Advisor and Regional Director for “A Place for Mom” – a national eldercare referral service helping seniors and their families navigate the maze of senior care options. Donna’s genuine sensitivity to the needs and concerns of seniors and their families is a valuable asset in her position as Vice President for Business Development for the Westland Companies.

Michael G. Constantinou
Mr. Constantinou has served as Westland's Sales and Training Consultant since 1995. From 1983 to 1994, he was the Director of Agency Development with Allmerica Financial, located in Worcester, MA, where he was responsible for management and agent development, cost controls, profit and loss, product marketing and training. Mr. Constantinou has 30 years experience in the life insurance and mutual fund industry.

David Haddad
Mr. Haddad serves as Vice President, Regional Development for Westland presently based in San Diego, CA. A graduate of Boston College, Carroll School of Management with a major in Finance, David is responsible for regional coordination and development.

Stephanie J. Haddad
Ms. Haddad serves as Vice President, International Development for Westland based in Amsterdam, Holland. A graduate of Pace University in Pleasantville, New York, with a major in Marketing and Advertising. Stephanie is responsible for international coordination and development.

Sheryl Bourisk /Paul Minda
Partners in Bo-Min Communications Group, Boston, MA, Ms. Bourisk and Mr. Minda serve as Westland’s video, audio, and media managers.
